Opt-In Email with ease... Use Easy Email Web Edition to quickly and easily add opt in email management to your web site.

Using EasyEmail couldn't be easier. There are only five primary management screens.

Read Emails: This management page checks an email address that you define specifically for Easy Email Web. It checks the email address, parses the subject of each email and adds or deletes the email address from your opt-in list automatically with the push of a couple of buttons.

 

Manage Email Addresses: This management page allows you to locate a specific email address or add or delete groups or individual email addresses. The box in the left pane shows all email addresses in each of your email groups. The right pane then allows you to update the email address add or delete groups manually or add or delete email addresses manually. 

 

Set an email send list: The email send list is a list of email addresses that will receive your next email. You can build your list from any group, combination of groups or individual email addresses. Once you click the "Build Email Send List" you can then remove selected individual email addresses from the current send list.

 

Set up your email text: You can set up multiple emails to send in plain text or HTML and save them for later use. To create a new email just add the subject, body and signature (Non-HTML emails only) and choose the "Save" button. When you are ready to send your next email, load the email in this window, attach any document you wish to attach to the email and you are ready to go. Inserting simple codes in your subject and body will automatically insert your customers first and/or last name at that location.

 

Send the email: When you use EasyEmail for the first time you will have to enter your email address, your outgoing SMTP server and the email port. (All of this information can be found in your email setup in your current email program.) Enter your return email address in the "Test email address:" field and click the "Send Test Email" button. Check your email to see exactly what the email will look like. When everything is satisfactory, Click the "Send All Emails".
